Customer Update – 8th May 2020

During the recent crisis, keeping our staff, customers and families safe has been our main priority. However, as government guidelines begin to indicate a gradual release of the lockdown, we are planning to resume most normal operations on a measured basis in the next couple of weeks.

From Monday 11^th May our depots will be open to all customers to allow pre booked collections and purchases plus returns of equipment while standard delivery services will resume.

To ensure the safety of staff and customers we have implemented various procedures to reduce the risk of infection including social distancing, touch avoidance and cleaning measures such as: electronic signatures, contact-less depot collection & return service and equipment cleaning.
